Dear Experts,
A new functionality " service category based on ticket type" is introduced as per the 1811 release preview deck(slide no 56) . I tried to add those sections using adapt, but couldn't. Also I didn't find any scoping questions for this functionality.
Please let me know, how to activate the" Service category based on ticket type" functionality.

please open an incident to support. As of now, this is being enabled manually for customers by development.
