Serverside Outlook integration

Hi Experts

If a customer would like to have e.g. 90 enterprise users and 10 limited users (400 klicks / sales and service) with serverside outlook integration - how the outlook integration for the limited users works? According to a features overview serverside integration is not part of limited user featerus, but how about such a case?

Do you have more information about those limited user feature? Maybe a link to the feature overview where that information was shared?

I'll look into how should it behave regarding server side integration with Outlook.

The link is not working, will check later again. I know the limited users still exist, they're called "SAP SALES/SERVICE CLOUD, LIMITED ACCESS". Can you please check once again regarding the serverside integration?

Hi Natasa,

The most updated version of feature availability based on product licenses can be found below:

There you can see that server side integration is available for the Enterprise edition. Limited users are no longer mentioned, so they don't seem to be available anymore. Maybe this can be confirmed with the account executive, as it then leaves the technical perspective.

I've received this overview from a SAP contact. Searched once on Jam but couldn't find an updated version. According to this, the serverside integration should be available for the limited users as well. What do you think?
