Server Specs recommendations for CCOM

Dear Expert's

my client is facing issue in the server as sometimes the CPU usages is 100% for CCOM database in SQL.

the specs is :

Processor : Inter(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 0 @ 2.00GHz (32 CPUs), ~ 2.0Hz

Memory : (32gb)

kindly advice if this specs is ok for 36 branches (POS).

The configuration is OK.

What is the version (FP and PL) of the CCO manager?

There was an issue in the CCO manager that was fixed recently in the new versions.

Refer to the SAP Notes below and update the CCO manager to the latest version.

In this case, I suggest you to update the CCO manager to the latest version of the FP09
