Server Side Integration - Email attachments are not saving

We are using server side integration for Outlook. When I save an email to an opportunity via Outlook the selected files are not copied across to the C4C Opportunity. This seems to have stopped working recently.

Hi

Have you checked if the attachment document types are configured in supported types, and direct emails sent (as a ticket or an appointment) are also losing the attachments?
