Server error was displayed when user tries to login with 2 different accounts at different tabs in Same browser

Hi Experts,

I am facing the problem with login.please find the below details

Followed the below steps. 1.Open browser and redirect to site Url. 2.Navigate to Sign-in page 3.Copy the url and paste it in a new tab in the same browser 4.Login with valid credentials in one tab. 5.Go to the 2nd tab and try to login with any other credentials

Actual Result: Server error was getting displayed and in the logs getting the "Request method 'POST' not supported"

Expected result: When user enters 2nd tab,it should refresh the page and should display user was already logged in.

Please guide me any one how to resolve issue.

Hi ,

You cannot have 2 separate sessions at the same time (because of the JSESSIONID cookie). That's why the second login fails.

If you want to have 2 sessions on the same browser, you need to open the second one on Private Browsing (or Incognito mode)
