Hello Community,
do anyone know if its possible to change the sequence for Voucher to random generate number function. Standard setting is the incrementation of numbers. (This could be a point of misuse...)
Standard: Pattern: ${cashDeskPrefix}5${number?string("00000000")} - Current sequence: P001500001001
Nice to have: Pattern: ${cashDeskPrefix}5${number-randomize?string("00000000")} - Current sequence: P001500001356
Thank you and kindly regards,
Daniela

Hello dstrunz,
This feature of randomizing voucher IDs is not yet available in the latest releases of SAP Customer Checkout / SAP Customer Checkout manager.
However, we appreciate this is a valid request and it would be a very useful feature. We are willing to invest into this topic.
Can you please log this idea in https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1731? I am pretty confident you will get a number of up-votes from other partners.
Kind regards,
Gunther

Hello Daniela
I haven't seen such a functionality either. But I would go further and would like much more complex voucher numbers (e.g. 5 blocks with each 5 numbers/characters). Such vouchers could also be integrated and usable within a webshop....
Best Regards
Klaus
