Hope you all doing well,
Please I have a requirement which is the following : When creating a ticket, we can add items to that ticket (standard behaviour) but in our case the customer want to separate the item based on each visit
This is not handled by the stadard as far as I know,
Do someone have a solution / or if there's somehow to achieve that ?
