SEO - Adding additional meta tags in SAP hybris?

Hi Experts,

I am working with meta tags for SEO. Is there a best practice to add a new meta tag that is not OOTB like schema.org, canonical, and etc.? Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, if you would like to add schema.org meta tags then choose your component and add like below. examples: itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/LocalBusiness

for Video object: itemprop="video itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/VideoObject

no that's not quite i mean. I'm wondering what is the best practice, in a hybris project, to add additional meta tags that are not included out of the box. Any idea? Thanks.
