Sentiment Engagement in Marketing on premise 1909

Hello Guys,

I am trying to use sentiment engagement in marketing 1909; I succeed to get the posts from the facebook, however; I am not able to evaluate this posts(get + and - posts) as shown below, is there any steps to activate this functionality?

1 more thing I would like to test , Can you please post again from FB by using the key words ( 'Good', 'Bad', 'Awesome', 'Best'. )

This Sentiment works on the HANA Text Analysis Functionality .

Need to check whether HANA Views have some errors or exceptions.

Please select Define Interaction Types .

and check for Social Posting : whether Text analysis is enable or Not

Can you please check in Manage Your Solution ( App) --> Config Your solution--> Contacts and Profiles --> Manage Interaction Content(Configure)
check Interaction Type Social Media Have text analysis enable

Actually, I am using Marketing On-premise, so I configure the system from the GUI.

please let me know which transaction do you need from the SPRO.
