Hi,

As Sentiment Analysis has been deprecated, I have a few questions.

Firstly, can Sentiment Analysis still be implemented, and would you recommend doing it?

Secondly, what other applications could I use i.e. Khoros instead of Sentiment Analysis?

We have SAP Marketing On-Prem (1902) implemented and want to extend our implementation and included Sentiment Analysis. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ali,

technically it still works. However I would not recommend to implement it.

Recommending an alternative really depends on your use-case. In many cases just building a SAC story can be sufficient.
