Hi SAP Community,
Is it possible to create a custom recipient determination in email workflow rule(Ticket) that will send an email notification directly to the sender email address of a ticket?
We want to assign the created tickets via email channels to a default individual customer once the email address used is not found in the SAP C4C records. Hence, we still want to send an acknowledgement email and closing email notification to the sender email address without the need of creating individual customer records every-time an unrecognized email address is used in sending email to configured email channels in SAP C4C.
