My business requirement:

As Service Request create from interface, i need to send approval mail to customer.

The mail address is in Z' field.

Rule policy:

If
Current Event Equals Order was saved
Then
Send Out-Going E-Mail Using Mail Form ( E-Mail Subject = "SUBJECT"; Sender's E-mail Address = "MAIL_ADD@GMAIL.COM"; Mail Form = E-Mail Confirmation To Customer )

My problem is that I don't know how to define the recipient, where it's supposed to be define? on Rule Policy or the Mail Form?

Please help,
Thanks!!

Hi Harel,

Normally whenever you design a 'Mail Form' and select 'Email Response Management' in Attribute Context, the Email address of BP is picked up by default. So there won't be any changes required to be done.

I guess you're doing it via CRM Marketing Mail form. Right?

Thanks for response.

I guess you're doing it via CRM Marketing Mail form. Right? - Yes.

The thing is that it's all automatically, the Service Request opened from Web Service, and the E-mail address taken from Z' field.

That because we don't have BP yet.

So, i can't find the point to interfere in the process, and give the Mail Form a recipient address.

Good day all 🙂
