We have integrated our C4C tenant with SAP S4/Hana system using HCI as our middle ware in our landscape. We are creating Tickets (Service Request) in C4C and triggering creation of follow-up document (Sales Order) in S4 system.
We now have a requirement to also send the attachments (PDF/doc/jpeg/png etc.) added to the Ticket (Service Request) in C4C to the Sales Order in S4 in addition to all the other information flowing.
Has anyone achieved such a scenario in their implementations? Any pointers will be much appreciated.
