Hi experts,
following use case:
After a specific element (whitepaper or something like that) has been downloaded from our website, we would like to send the contact an email two weeks later. BUT only if there hasn't been created a lead for that contact in the meantime.
What would be the best approach?
Regarding the topic "a lead must not have been created" I think we could work with a live target group. But using a trigger-based campaign as far as I know I cannot send an email with delay after the trigger. Only if I would add another "send email" action after the first one, I could set a delay.
Any ideas?

Hi Tobias,
you can work with the "Delay Sending" on the e-mail after the trigger.
You will also see on the campaign flow that the email is scheduled with delay.

Hi Ilonka,
oh you're right. Did not notice that field for the first action (don't know why :-)). Thank you!
To complete my scenario: Do you know if it would work if I create a Live Target group based on the "All Interaction" profile, use Interaction Type MARKETING_LEAD and exclude all interactions with a timestamp in the past 14 days?

Kind Regards
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
yes, to my understanding that will work.
Best regards
