Send a notification on outlook to salesman once a task or a meeting is added on C4C

Hi community,

Please i have an issue with SAP C4C, i want to send notification on Outlook to salesmans once a the task or meeting is created on C4C

Can someone help with that ?

Have you eveluated server side outlook integration for same? Please refer following blog for details around that:

Note: It is part of enterprise plan for c4c only.

Hi Soufiane,

Once serverside integration is enabled, if you are part of the "director's" invitee list and enabled the sync of those appointments or meetings to c4c (or vice versa) then yes you would see a notification in your outlook.

For C4C notification, you may need to configure an additional workflow on your own to generate a notification based on your need.
