Selection of value from list

There is a table with one visible year. You can scrolling to access the other years. How to set up selection of value from the list of years not using the scrolling?

You have not provided alot of information here so receiving a proper response and fix I would say is limited. Please include a screenshot of what you are talking about here. If it is a calendar selection you can normally click on the Year itself and then change the value by using numerics but please supply some more information here so you can better assistance.
