Segmentation rule groups and priorities not working with hybris 6.6

We have upgraded hybris to 6.6 and now the problem is that we are using rules for segmentation and what i have configured:

1) created a new rule group 2) use new rule group for rules and set priorities

The problem is that all rules are fired and actions are done. With hybris 6.5 i did not have this issue?

Has someone an idea or similar behaviour?

I dont know at which version the attribut stackable become deprecated but try to see if the ruleGroup have the boolean exclusive and turn it on.
