Segmentation Profile SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS

Hello Guys,

I have a question in reference to segmentation profile SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS (All Interactions). In this link it is described, that it is used for the personalization of the confirmation e-mails that are send out to the customer.

Was this profile just created for this reason, or can it be used also to identify the contacts by their interactions.

The reason for this question is the following. When using the segmentation profile All Contacts (based on segmentation object SAP_CE_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT) there are 27.358 Interactions. When using the segmentation profile All Interactions based on segmentation object SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS there are more than 88.000 Interactions.
