Hello experts,
We would like to make a segmentation in Marketing Cloud to get customers who have bought total amount of XY EUR over the last quarter, but only counting in orders in which no promotion was applied (OFFER ID is empty).
Thank you in advance.
Best,
Jelena

Hi Jelena,
currently your use-case is not supported within our standard segmentation content. You would need to have the Offer ID to be part of the Key-Figure, which is not the case.
Can you please open an Influencer Item for this topic here: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#campaign/38
Thanks!

Dear Jelena, I assume you have already considered the interaction specific offer subtype. Using "Exclude".
Could you please elaborate a little bit more what you have already done? Kind regards, Silvia

Hi Silvia,
thank you for the response.
Let me explain a bit deeper what is our need:
We have in Contacts profile sales orders, some contain offer ID of the promotion used on the eshop and some not. We would like to segment the customers based on amount spent in the specified timeframe but would also like only the orders without promotion to count for the Amount.
Example:
SALES ORDER 1- amount 500 eur + promotion used
SALES ORDER 2 - amount 600 eur
SALES ORDER 3 - amount 700 eur
Our segmentation would need to have accounts who spent more than 1500 eur, NOT counting the first order where a promotion was redeemed. For now this contact would have only 1300 eur.
I am not seeing at the moment if system can differentiate which order contains a Offer ID to only count those.
If I exclude Offer id, I would exclude the whole contact because he has offer in some of the sales orders.
Thank you.
Jelena
