Hi
Using SAP Hybris 6.5 on AWS. When running highly-concurrent traffic with hundreds of threads per appserver, under high loads, we're seeing in Dynatrace long sync times on DefaultPromotionEngineService#updatePromotions(..), sometimes up to several minutes, before the thread can run #updatePromotionsNotThreadSafe(..).
Our promotion engine currently has around four hundred rules, most of which concern voucher redemptions containing up to 500 instances of different single use voucher codes.
Has anyone else seen this? Have they been able to do a workaround for the contention?
