Dear Experts,
How do I make the manager of an organizational unit see only the opportunities in his unit?
For example, an employee is located in sales unit A and also in sales unit B. I am a manager of sales unit A and only need to see the opportunities of this sales unit. But I am seeing all the opportunities of my employee, not obeying the organizational structure.

I test all restriction functionality and none restricted my view based on my unit.
Is there another option for me to perform such a filter? Excluding the advanced filters that I could use to save my view and assign in the layout, however, there are other sales units with their assigned managers.
Best regards,

Hey Djalma,
The access context for Oppys is Employee, Territory, Account, Sales Data. It is not based on Org Unit. So if the 2 sales units are both underneath the same sales organization, I do not see how you could achieve the desired outcome.
So you have Sales Unit A and Sales Unit B and both are underneath Sales Org 123. Whichever of the restriction rules you choose, none depends on the sales unit. If Sales Unit A would be beneath Sales Org 123 and Sales Unit B would be beneath Sales Org 456, then I would expect that with the sales org restriction or with the employee sales data restriction, you would only see the Sales Unit A.
Based on this, I think that personalization of the query for each manager is the quickest way to go.
Thank you and good luck,
Carina.
