Hi ,
We are implementing the SAP Contact Center Chat functionality for our requirement, however we are planning to create the chat client in the salesforce system, for this we want to use Visitor chat client application and we want to embed the Visitor Chat client application URL in the Salesforce application, please advise is it right approach or not? And the second doubt I have is how to secure the chat client application in this scenario? Please provide some idea’s.
