OOTB there is a possibility to search by stock level. You simply need to find Stock Level at Backoffice. There you can search by product code, warehouse, available amount, stock status and a few more attributes.
That might suit you, but I belive that you want to connect the product search and stock search possibilities.
That might be hard. Althought Product is in relation with StockLevel but advanced search in the cockpits is only capable of searching the attributes of the currently selected type, and cannot directly search attributes of a type linked by a relation.

As you can see input type multiplicity is set to single.
