Screen Elements not rendered are having attribute "data-screenset-element-id-publish" as "true"

Hello experts,

I am working with js tab on UI builder. Trying to capture Element rendered on screen using javascript query selector where "data-screenset-element-id-publish" is having true value.

I found the above value is true for the elements which are not rendered. Is there any other attribute we can use to get exact element, rendered on screen.
