Dear experts,
a score exists in our system with the following rules:
2020-07-16-13-51-02-regelmodell.png
Those are the score categories:
2020-07-16-13-51-32-scores.png
Now, a contact exists that has the following interactions and opt-ins:
2020-07-16-13-41-48-eva-baumeister.png
2020-07-16-13-42-09-eva-baumeister.png
2020-07-16-13-52-32-eva-baumeister.png
Yet, the score I mentioned earlier is only considered warm:
2020-07-16-13-53-04-eva-baumeister.png
The questions I have are: Is this the expected behavior? Is the rule checking for the existence of the "interaction type webinar download" in a contact profile not supposed to check for multiple instances of that said interaction? That means the maximum score according to the depicted rule would be 80.
Thanks in advance,
BR
Nils

Hi n.walter. Yeah, the "Ctrl + V" is not working here 😞 It happened the same to me the first time.
Regarding to your question:
"That means if the score gets ticked up by 50 if the interaction exists once in a contact, does it get ticked up by 50 for every interaction Webinar Download?" No, I just count the interaction once.
So the final question is: yes, it's the expected behavior.
As a work around for your expected behavior you can "give the user more score" using overlapping rules, like Interaction Type + Contact of the Target Group (and that target group has the people with more than 2 downloads for example).
To extend the pre-delivered attributes for score, you can use a Custom Field (you'll need to load data into it) or a Custom View (you can do calculations with this). All the implementation details of both approaches can be found here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/13d84c47bb6749a188fd53915c256516/2005.500/en-US/dd81dfe79fc747a2b656b946...

Hi bruno.gonzalez,
thanks for your reply! (and thanks for the hint regarding pictures, I "Control+V"ed them but they apparently don't get posted using short cuts...)
Maybe my question was not that obvious, sorry. I'll try to explain my problem again:
Is the rules statement >>"Type of Interaction" EXISTS IN "Webinar Download"<< checking for multiple instances of the interaction "Webinar Download"? That means if the score gets ticked up by 50 if the interaction exists once in a contact, does it get ticked up by 50 for every interaction Webinar Download (3 webinar downloads = 50+50+50 score)? Because apparently that's not the case right now in our system (3 webinar downloads = 50 score). Now my question is, is the status quo in our system the expected behaviour?
Thanks again in advance!
BR
Nils

Hi n.walter. First of all, for reading improvement purposes, you can upload images instead of files, in order for them to be displayed inline 🙂 The icon for that is the one between the link and the file attach.
Regarding to your question, I have some comments:

Take into account the Time Frame for Analysis because it changes everything when you're analyzing a score.
Let me know if that helped 🙂 Regards,
