Score Builder_Unable to use in Segmentation

Dear all,

We have created a score Rule "Age Region Score" to segregate contacts belonging to country JAPAN, age above 18 and score changed by is 15. We are able to view the apt score in contacts --> Score and have added the
"Age Region Score" to Score Attribute group in Segmentation.

However, we are unable to segregate the contacts in segmentation modelling using the rule
as it states the following message "Choose a target object to rank contacts by propensity. Note that only supported target objects are offered. Additional target objects can be added by your business analyst"

Kindly let us know how to enable the scoring for the rule in segmentation.

Dear Kapilan,

We are also facing the same issue, but we created the score builder based on interaction type "Email Clicked through". But when i select this attribute to segment the contacts, i am getting the same message what you got.

What is the Segmentation model you selected while creating Score builder? Is it the same you selected in Score builder and you are using in Segmentation?

I selected same segmentation profile but still facing the same issue. If you have any inputs will be appreciated.

Dear kapil_rk

Did you use "applicable for" in your score configuration? Try deleting this configuration and using the score attributes only. I am not sure why the system takes this behavior but I had the same issue and solved it by eliminating usage of 'applicable for' in my configuration.
