Dear SAP Community,
I want to implement Schedule Agreements in SAP Sales Cloud and replicate it to S/4HANA, however
as per any available documentation, SAP Sales Cloud does not include this object (Schedule Agreement)
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to deal with this challenge?
Should I create a custom object in SAP Sales Cloud for the Schedule Agreement and a custom Idoc in the integration (SCPI) to point it to its counterpart in SAP S/4HANA?
Can the SAP Sales Cloud Contract or Sales Order objects be adapted to accommodate the SAP S/4HANA Schedule Agreement?
Best regards
Cengiz

Hello Cengiz Gürtusgil,
Schedule Agreement in standard is not available in C4C - Instead you can either develop a custom object and create custom service/idoc at S4 or reuse(best option with less customization) the standard service contract integration between C4C and S4HANA. So minimal modifications as per your business model are required in C4C - and in S4 you need to customize to create a Schdule Agreement when the contract is transfered from C4C.
