Schedule a trigger-based campaign

Hi,

Is it possible to schedule a trigger-based campaign, so it will start on a certain date?

I tried setting the "start date" to next Sunday, but as soon as the campaign is Released, it already starts processing the triggers, while the Start Date hasn't arrived yet!

There doesn't seem to be a "start on" option like in the Target group based campaigns.

Can anyone advise?

Hi vervinckt.joyca,

it is not possible to schedule Trigger based campaigns to start in the future. The start/end dates are more campaign metadata e.g. for the campaign calendar.

If you still need to schedule your Trigger based campaigns you could work with Live Target Groups that filter on Interactions that happened at a defined time. Have you tried that?

Working with a live target group could work, but sounds like much effort for a simple result. I'll create an idea on the influence portal for this.
