SCC Time recording print showing wrong date and time

Dear Experts ,

Recently experienced that time recording print and the information in sap customer checkout manager showing two different date and time for the same entry here is below the photo captured the situation . Is this any error with in the standard print layout because sap customer checkout manager shows the correct date and time .

SCC and SCC Manager version is V2.0 FP14 PL02 .

You mentioned the time recording output on the CCO manager side is correct. The CCO manager (server machine) is set to UTC -08:00. But the POS is running in the same location with a different time zone UTC +05:30. So you need to adapt the time zone on the POS machine to UTC -08:00, same as the server time zone.

Actually POS machine and the server is in a same location but time zone is different on those two machines but the date and time is same in both .

Thanks for supporting in this matter .

As we checked same date and time is showing both POS pc and the server but different time zones are showing . Is that might be the issue for this .

Are POS machine and server actually located in different time zones? Or are they in the same time zone, i.e. the time zone is wrongly configured and this is the cause of the issue?

What is the date & time setting (Windows) on this machine where terminal POSM is running? Is it running in a different time zone than the machine where CCO manager is running?
