Dear all,
As I could use a bar code scanner with the quick Service UI mode and articles integrated from B1, I thought that if I scanned one article more than once it charge it in one line counting up the units, just like Retail mode works if it is not an item managed by Serial/Batch number.
But even if items aren't managed by any of those ways, and if I haven't set thee configuration in the CCO in the Sales screen setting (Always Split Sales Items) as ON, it always splits the scanned articles in different lines. In the CCO Configuration guide, that setting doesn’t said that applies only for retail mode.
I'm working with a CCO FP09 PL10.
Could you tell me if that's a normal behaviour or maybe something missing?

If you did not set the "Always Split Sales Item" option, then normally it should counting up the units. I also tested that with FP09 PL13 in Quickservice and it counted up.
Maybe you have somewhere a Quick Selection Button with Function "1505 - Always split sales item" active?
