SAP WebUI and Call transfer

Hello,

Our call center agents are facing CONSULT FUNCTION FAILED error when they are using SAP CRM WebUI and they are transferring call.

Error Details: Class - CRM_IC_APPL_UI_CHMSG(063)

I have already raised an OSS with SAP and they are advising me to get ICI traces/logs in agents system using HTTPWATCH application.

But is there any other way to get the traces or solve the issue?

Note: This is intermittent issue. Not happening all the time.

What CTI provider are you using? If it's DaVinci, log a case at our support.amctechnology.com portal and we'll help you. If it's another provider, let me know and I'll run it by our team on troubleshooting options.
