SAP Solution Manager Incident Attributes

Hi All,

I am developing some applications to display statistical fields and graphs related to Incidents from our solution manager CRM SAP system.

To develop the backend functions, I need to extract the following attributes related to a single ticket:

- SAP Component

- Service Organization

- Work Duration Service

I have already tried to search the function module crm_order_read with no luck so far. Does anyone happen to know what is the technical name of these fields and where I can find them?
