SAP Service Cloud Version 2 - integration with SAP ERP PM/CS or S4 PM/CS

Hi everyone,

Is ist posible to integrate SAP Service Cloud Version 2 with SAP ERP PM/CS Module or S4 PM/CS Module?

I found the integration scenario bitween SAP Service Cloud Version 2 and S4 Service trought Mash-up, but nothing how can we integrate it with old SAP CS module. Is it possible?

Technically an integration is possible bw. SCv2 and SAP ERP PM/CS (Plant Maintenance / Customer Service) or S/4HANA PM/CS. But there are limitations and no out-of-the-box integrations. Thus, you would have to use and combine one or more of the following options.

Option 1: For integration you can use middleware, like:

• CPI
• PI/PO
• or your custom API

Option 2: As ECC supports and has built-in interfaces, you can benefit from them. These can be exposed and consumed by middleware or custom mashups from SCv2. Start by exploring one of these, back-end interfaces:

• IDoc
• BAPI
• Web Services

Option 3: Use mash-ups in SCv2 to embed SAP GUI transactions.

But I guess the last option is not really what you envision. For further readings I would recommend:
