How can I create a custom event in Service Cloud v2 for a custom button created and make a call to a custom BTP CPI iFlow from that event ?

Hi I added all roles to my profile. Is your new tab created as Mashup?

yes, see the accepted solution. You need to create a new tab and add the mash-up to it via screen adaptation
