Hi SAP Team,

in the context of uploading a batch of historical ticket through CSV on SAP C4C using WorkBench, i need to add some custom fields to the CSV template. Checking your guide, the tool to create/modify a template is Templates under Data Workbench work center, but at the moment i'm not able to visualize it (see the screenshot below).

Is it a problem of access rights?

Are there any other ways to add custom fields to the CSV template?
