SAP Sales V2 - UI personalization feature

Dear Experts,

in v2 I do not see the user personalization feature (e.g. for Layout Adaptations) as it is in v1.

What is the SAP approach for this feature in v2? It will be available in the future in v2 or this will not be supported anymore?

If the login has Admin right, then he/she can click on the Profile icon and select Settings - Extendibility - Page Layouts - use the + button to create new Page Layouts. In our case, we created 1 for Std Users and 1 for Admin Users. Then go to Assignment Rules to create the rule and then back to the Page Layouts to assign the Rule. Finally click on the Profile button and "Start Adaptation", select the correct layout and adjust the layout. Not a lot of adjustment can be done, but as a starting point.

To do Personalisation in SAP Sales or Service Cloud Version 2, as an administrator, you must create business roles and assign users to the sap.crm.service.personalizationService business services so that they can use Personalization.
