Hi there,
I would like to know where and how I can edit the e-mail field on the following screens (circled in red) ?
As you can see in the 3rd screen, I have completed the field with my mail address (erased the end on the screen) but it's still not displaying on the first 2 screens.

Dear Virak,
In Service Agent OIF Header the fields 'Phone' / 'Email' is bound against the ServicePerformerWorkplaceAddress that is no longer used in C4C.
Ideally, it should be bound against the In-House Address of the Service Agent and same is true for communication data fields in Service Agent OWL result list.
This issue will be fixed in next higher release of Cloud for Customer
