Hi Experts,
Regarding the SAP Sales Cloud system, is there a way within the Timeline of the opportunity to also see emails in addition to tasks, appointments, etc.?
Is it possibile? How can I do that?

HI Matteo,
The Activity TimeLine can be configured in the Opportunity activity in business configuration. Currently you can only select Appointment, Phone call, Activity task and Visit. The E-mail activity cannot be selected - they are visible in the sales activity tab - you might need to make the section visible via adaption.
If you consider this as an important requirement you could decide to register an influence for being able to add e-mail activities to the Activity Timeline in the opportunity.
