Does anyone know if it's possible to prevent sending the same email to a customer who may be on multiple distribution lists? For example...
Sales Exec has same Customer contact saved on multiple DLs. They wish to send the same notification to multiple DLs, but wish to prevent the same contact receiving the email multiple times.
Can such a restriction be carried out, and how would such be configured?
