SAP Sales Cloud integration with Facebook- Error SF

Hi everyone,

I followed the respective steps to make the settings in facebook and then doing settings in C4C.

And connectivity was established too but I was not able to send or receive the messages either ways.

was getting an runtime error message in the Job log mentioning "A Runtime error occurs for the channel, raise the incident with status FS"

can someone put some light on the same to resolve my problem.

Hi,

Ideally, this error occurs when there are too many messages being pulled from the external channels (i.e. Facebook). SAP recommends setting the start date of the import run to max 2-3 days in the past. This start date could be found when configuring the channel as shown in attached snapshot.
