Dear Community,
since 1911 there is a feature to assign multiple roles to business partners (e.g. account with type prospect and partner). This makes it much easier since we only have to maintain central data within one business partner object.
During migration we want to assign additional roles to certain customers - so that those accounts are also partners.
But what is working via GUI seems not to work with the Data Workbench?
Is this a bug or a feature - am I missing something.
E.G.
Use account 1234 , then in GUI we can create partners from business partner object
Use account 1234 , then in Data Workbench we get error message while trying to upload and create partner.
Data Workbench message is "duplicate key or key already used by account" -
