Hello C4C Experts,

Hoping to see if anyone has any experience with SAP Sales and Service Core and Teams integration?

We have followed this article to enabled the app within Teams

https://blogs.sap.com/2021/09/09/microsoft-teams-integration-with-sap-sales-cloud-c4c/

When add the SAP Sales and Service Core app, it is giving us an error...

SAP Sales and Service Core application has not been enabled for your organization

Contact your administrator and refer to SAP Sales and Service Core Product for more information.

Here, I want to understand if we shall contact the Microsoft Teams Administrator or SAP C4C Administrator?

I also want to confirm if there is any additional MS Teams security/ M365 Security / O365 Security configurations that we need to observe in order to use the app?

Finally find out the Teams App error "SAP Sales and Service Core application has not been enabled for your organization. Contact your administrator and refer to SAP Sales and Service Core Product for more information." In our case, this error message is not saying the app is not enabled, it was enabled, hence, as a user, I can click and add it from Teams. The error message is saying the CRM and Teams Integration is not "Enabled" from CRM settings. But we have done it before? For some reason, the consent got revoked causing the error to appear. This is step 14 to 17 of the above article https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3082898 . Typically, the CRM administrator and Microsoft Teams Administrator would be 2 support people. Hence, will need these 2 people sit side by side to work on Step 14 to 17. One step missing from this article is the "select permission type: Application Delegation vs User Delegation. After reading this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/permissions-consent-overview and left to wonder "what does it mean in specific to my CRM? and what does each option mean to my user experience?" Opened a ticket with SAP but not patient enough to wait forever. Just selected 1 and asked the Teams Administrator to "Accept" the 20+ permissions. This experience is very different to https://help.sap.com/doc/3e6bad5d9b704800ac4a1b645faa240c/CLOUD/en-US/8ed866a6f0f84e0ea2805a8ae68d7b... or https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_FOR_CUSTOMER/5f35ee8b31e44f2786d7c2696defa2f6/ffe28d726c78456ea6... or https://blogs.sap.com/2021/09/09/microsoft-teams-integration-with-sap-sales-cloud-c4c/

Thanks for quick feedback, on the article step16: Sign in with your Microsoft 365 username and password. and click consent. Would like to understand is there is any particular Teams security role required for this user? or just any Teams users?
