SAP S4 Hana Service- Internal order not getting generated

Hi,

We are getting the below issue while releasing the Service Order. The std process is that system generates an Internal Order on service order release but system is not creating Internal order for us. We are using single object controlling

It says Internal order in the Transactional history but there is no actual Internal order generated in the backend. These seems to be sum bug?

silvia.ventura would you be able to help here. Need your inputs as we are not able to progress due to Internal order missing while releasing service order.

Hello !

it's difficult to know what could cause the problem. Thiese are the most common errors

1. If system sends an error message 3057759 - Error Message 'Internal order &1 does not exist' when saving a Service Confirmation in CRM

2.Check if system is creating the IO but returning some kind of error. Set a break-point in function module KAUF_ORDER_CREATE

3. Verify the customizing " Define Custom Handler Classes for Forward Data Exchange". Some customers add duplicated entries, for instance, CL_CRMS4_PROC_ACCOUNTING_FWD

4. Set a break-point SERVICECHAR_UPLOAD (CL_CRMS4_PROCESS_FWD) and verify that there is something in lt_create_tab

IF NOT lt_create_tab[] IS INITIAL.

* create co-object(s) for this set of characteristics
TEST-SEAM create_io.
CALL FUNCTION 'IAOM_CREATE_INT_ACC_OBJECTS'
EXPORTING

Hi silvia.ventura,

Thanks for providing the update with the list of solutions. But these doesn't seem to be the solution for our issue.

Internal order was working fine and was generating but when we tried to add a costing sheet in the "Controlling scenario in CRM service" i.e., SAPCRM then the internal order is not getting generated on the service order release.

Thereafter, we removed the costing sheet from the config, but still internal order is not getting generated.

Also, we are using the std. Internal Order (SAPS).

Not sure, if there is an integration check between Service order and Internal order and that integration seems to be not working?

This typically happens when you migrate to a new environment.

Check the following:

# IAOM2 t-code make sure there is no overlap in dates between single and mass object.

# Check if you still have dummy profit center set up in your controlling area in TKA01.

# Activate CO integration log in IAOMD. You can view the log in IAOMA.

1. how do we delete mass object controlling scenario from sap best practice. Despite mass object scenario deleted &saved in a TR it is still visible under scenarios 2. Can we use and modify controlling scenario SAPCRM for a single object controlling? 3.It seems every time changes in single object controlling scenario (e.g. new costing sheet, new strategy sequence) the internal order is not created.. Is there any kind of activation for CO scenario?

Unfortunately, we are getting the same error again. When the mass object scenario was deleted, it was working fine but then we started getting the same error after some time.

Please provide inputs on the below queries:

Hello san_0512,

the problem is not that "integration is not working". I'm quite sure.

It's a configuration issue . Check the answer of zenithltd1 , may be the real cause of the problem.
