Hi,
I have created a service order template and have released it. I am now trying to create a service order from a service request ( as a follow up document) and would like to copy the items from the service order template (saved & released previously). But the system is not able to search for the saved order template upon clicking the copy from Template tab/option at the Item tab. It opens up the new window but upon search there are no results.
Is there any config setting required for this? Is it possible to copy from template when we have created a service order from a service request?

first of all, it should be possible to copy the items from the template.
Secondly, last customer that reported this problem created the template without dates. There must be a Valid from, Valid To dates in the template. If you can't see them, go the assignment block Dates and verify that they are updated.
