SAP S/4 Hana Service - error when service confirmation is released for billing

Hi Friends,

If anyone has faced the below issue:

Problem- Upon releasing the Service Confirmation in “Release for Billing” fiori App, we are encountering the below error message.

Expected Result- System should have created a Billing Request document in SAP. Confirmation was completed and CATS entry was made successfully but upon release to billing below error has occurred.

this is a problem with a missing number range . 100% sure!

We have several options . I'd bet by the Price Conditions . Go to SNRO , select the object KONV(Price conditions) -> Check if the interval 03 is created. You should have something like

03 2000000000 2999999999 2000000000

Please let me know if this is the missing number range. Maybe I'll create a KBA with the solution.

Thanks silvia.ventura . This solution really worked. I have maintained the NR as mentioned by you and the error has gone now and the document was released for billing. Thanks once again for the help.
