SAP Retail Datahub Article Replicated but category not assigned?

Hi Experts,

We have installed and configured Datahub 6.7 and Retail package successfully and are able to replicate products into Hybris commerce successfully using ARTMAS06 idoc from S/4Hana. Sent the product category using CLSMAS successfully, the problem is that it does not assign the category to the product in Hybris commerce. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi, Have you done the sales area to catalog mapping. And also please check that the classification class CLSMAS, CHRMAS is already there to create a classifying category. After this when the product arrives it gets attached to its category.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Yes the sales area to catalog mapping was done. CLSMAS is there the one we didn't send is CHRMAS. Will try sending CHRMAS as well and then will update you.

Try the following order of import: 1)CHRMAS 2)CLSMAS 3)ARTMAS with CLFMAS
