SAP R/3 4.7 - SAP C4C Integration

Hello All,

Due to some internal issues one of our client can't upgrade SAP ECC system running on R/3 4.7, what options we have to integrate with SAP Hybris Cloud for customer (C4C) system? I understand CPI/PI integration would help if SAP ECC is on 6.0.

Scope-Customers/Contacts/Products/External Pricing/ATP/Quote and Order

Hello Kumar,

if you have a expertise middleware team, you can Integrate your SAP R/34.7 - SAP C4C by building your own middleware from the scratch for all the mapping and interfaces yourself and maintain them.

Otherwise you can use third party middleware’s such as "Dell Boomi" or "Mulesoft" which have SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer connectors which supports your SAP R/34.7 - SAP C4C Integration.
