SAP Predictive Analytics and SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hey everybody,

It's been tough to find information about the connection between SAP Predictive Analytics and Hybris Marketing Cloud. We want to know on an overview how these two systems connect. What is the process for Hybris to use the results coming from PA. Is there a connection that has to be configured ?, what is the role of SAP PA Factory with hybris?. We would like to know what you guys know on this topic and if you could enlighten us on where to find information with high detail about this.

Hi Juan,

SAP Marketing Cloud uses (SAP HANA) built in Predictive Analytics Library capabilities in different business contexts. Ie. calculation of scores. These scenarios are managed via an Fiori App (Predictive Studio) and results are typically used in customer segmentation.

Another scenario could be to important results from a standalone deployment of SAP PA to SAP Marketing Cloud.

Could you please elaborate a bit more when you say:

I'd like to know how could that process be achieved, is it through a HANA table connection?
