Hi,
We are facing an issue on production after importing a request in a reversed scenario (Reversal transaction = 1401).
In this scenario, we have 3 entries: 1 with sales movement data (transaction type = 1001), 1 with reversal transaction data (1401) and 1 to execute a Z task to send the WPUFIB to Retail.
Before transporting the request, we were able to see the messages:
"Task status changed manually from "Ready" to "Rejected". Reason: 1" - task 0090
"Task status changed manually from "Ready" to "Rejected". Reason: 1" - task 2002
"Task status changed manually from "Ready" to "Rejected". Reason: 1" - task 2011.
The status of the tasks got rejected successfully:
The tasks definitions (0090, 2020, 2011 and 0040) are attached.
After importing the request, the tasks 2002 and 2011 are not being rejected and we can see different messages:
And the status of tasks are completed not rejected:
How can I fix it?
