SAP Outlook Add-in for C4C

Hi,

I am trying to configurate the SAP Outlook Add-in for C4C but I am having problem in the activation of the option
"Integration of Local E-Mail Applications with Activity Management" that appears as disabled.
I already downloaded the Add-In for Microsoft Outlook®.
Can you help me to activate this point in the Implementation Project Option?

Hello Maria Gushiken,

If it is required to scope the scoping element Integration with Local E-Mail Applications (under Office and Desktop Integration, Communication and Information Exchange) then, Activity Management should be scoped first.

The scoping element Integration with Local E-Mail Applications has the dependency with Activity Management.
